The BNVCA welcomes the decision of the TGI of Paris which sentenced Anne Guerrier, Professor of English in preparatory literary class at Lycée Janson-de-Sailly in the 16th arrondissement in Paris, the head of contestation of crimes against humanity.

She was guilty, in July 2016, of publication on her Facebook account of Holocaust deniers such as "the Shoah was planned and organized by the Jews".

Warned by Internet users, the BNVCA had filed a complaint for these facts, on August 1, 2016.

With no news from the prosecution, the BNVCA reiterated its complaint on January 2, 2017, which gave rise to a hearing on October 11, 2017, attended by Mr. Charles Baccouche, a lawyer representing the BNVCA.
