The BNVCA shocked by this judgment gives full support to François Pupponi and assures him of all his unwavering solidarity.
It is regrettable that the complaint lodged by Mr Pupponi has been dismissed by the justice.de Pontoise after a banned rally degenerated.
It must be remembered that Nabil Koskossi wanted to organize on July 20, 2014, a Palestinian demonstration in Sarcelles. The prefect, banned this gathering that still took place As we already feared at the time, this event has turned into a riot. Jewish stores have been vandalized, others burned, the fear is installed among citizens of Jewish denominations.
