Sammy GHOZLANThe BNVCA expresses the disappointment of all its correspondents, the anxiety of the citizens of Seine Saint Denis in general and Stains of Jewish faith in particular, strongly irritated by the decision of the judge of the Court of Stains (93) on March 9 2018 ruled that the elected officials of the City of Stains could continue to demand the release of the French-Palestinian Salah Hamouri (reputed terror imprisoned in Israel) on the pediment of the City Hall.

The BNVCA considers that this decision is in total contradiction with the official speeches and the promises to fight against this anti-Zionism source of antisemitism which will develop with impunity in other communes thanks to this surprising and risky legal provision for the future of the Jews of France.

The BNVCA regrets this decision of the Administrative Court judge of Montreuil (93) and asks the Prefect of Seine Saint Denis to appeal this judgment.
