The BNVCA welcomes the action of the Val d'Oise police who arrested in the act the perpetrators of a violent aggression, obviously anti-Semitic, committed on 28/02/2018 at 20:30 in the Municipal Park, near the synagogue of Montmany (Val d'Oise).
According to our information, the authors are of North African origin. One of them had a stick to hit the victim who was injured and whose eyeglasses were broken.
The 14-year-old Jewish boy G. Nathan was playing in the municipal park next to the synagogue. As he was wearing the Kippa, the perpetrators insulted him, beat him, and tore the Kippa out of his head.
The BNVCA demands that the antisemitic aggressors kept in sight be brought to justice, judged severely despite their criminal minority, and incarcerated.
The BNVCA, by virtue of its purpose, instructs its councilor Charles Baccouche to file a complaint with the Public Prosecutor of Cergy Pontoise.
