During questions to the Assembly on July 26, Meyer Habib challenged the government: "Why did the police remain spectators of this tragedy? ". But according to the minister, Sarah Halimi was defenestrated only 16 minutes after the arrival of the police

During questions to the government on Wednesday, July 26, Meyer Habib, a French deputy from abroad (8th constituency including Israel) questioned the Minister of the Interior about the Sarah Halimi affair.

"On April 4, a woman (...) was tortured, beaten mutilated for 45 minutes (...) while at the bottom of the building 26 policemen were waiting without intervening," said MP Habib. "Why did the police remain spectators instead of intervening? Why does the prefect of Paris refuse an investigation IGPN (Inspectorate General of the National Police-Ndlr)? "

Jacqueline Gourault, minister to the Minister of the Interior, answered. If she specifies "to share" the emotion of Meyer Habib, she reports facts that support the thesis that that evening "the intervention of the police was fast in a complex situation", contrary to the opinion shared by part of the Jewish community, and by Mr. Goldnadel, lawyer of the victim's sister-in-law, who lodged a complaint against the police for failing to assist a person in danger in June.

According to the facts recounted by the Minister "on April 4 at 4:22, an appeal received by the police reported a sequestration at home of a family living at 26 rue Vaucouleurs in the eleventh arrondissement."

(The call comes from a scared Malian family, living in the first apartment where Kobili Traoré entered recognized with the investigating judge to have committed the crime. It is by spanning the balcony of their apartment that Traore has accessed the balcony of Sarah Halimi's apartment before entering her home. Sarah Halimi lived in a different wing of this HLM complex, which may have made the location of Traoré more difficult by the police).

"A first team of the Bac (Brigade anti-crime-Ed) arrived at the scene at 4:25, continues the minister, followed by a second. Three people remained in front of the front door while 2 others went to the garden where they heard cries but could not locate them. One of them was going back to the street to talk to the witnesses. Recalled by his colleague, he discovered on his arrival in the inner courtyard the body of a bloody woman. At 4:41 a call received by firefighters signaled the fall of a woman from a balcony.

That's 16 minutes after the arrival of the police.

"These elements, explains Jacqueline Gourault demonstrate that the intervention of the police was fast in a complicated context, the initial call leading them to a separate apartment from the one where the victim was assaulted.

Master Gilles-William Goldnadel, representing "the sister-in-law of Sarah Halimi who lives in Israel" complained in late June against the police for non-assistance to person in danger.

In an interview granted Times of Israel, he explained "That the police had been there for an hour when her assassin defeated her. So how do you expect, he asked, that in such a context, where there is negligent negligence, there is no trace of non-assistance of a person in danger? ".

For her part, Sarah Buchinger, a lawyer for Sarah Halimi's children, "categorically refused" to lodge a complaint against the police, he said. Times of Israel. And this despite "various pressures asking me to join the filing of a complaint for non-assistance to person in danger for police officers," he says.

"Rather than filing a complaint for non-assistance to a person in danger," he explains, "I felt it was more appropriate to formulate a detailed request for acts with the investigating judge. (...) It is therefore not a question of seeking to conceal this police dysfunction and its consequences, quite the contrary ".

Today, the investigation is still waiting for the psychiatric report which must determine if Kobili Traoré was in possession of his resources when he murdered Sarah Halimi.

I felt like "possessed", "oppressed by an external force, a demonic force," said the young man, quoted by AFP, taken "pangs of anguish" since yesterday and who claims to have smoked more a dozen cannabis joints that day.

But for Mr. Jean-Alex Buchinger, in view of his hearing, the suspect shows to be "someone quite consistent" and "who remembers everything in great detail" that night when he murdered Sarah Halimi.

    The poor woman!
It is painful to learn all the torture she could endure for 45 minutes followed by her death by defenestration while the police were at the bottom of the building.
The agents would not have located the place where the killer was raging while the victim had previously deposited about thirty handrails against this psychopath.
It sounds so grotesque that a black novel would not have imagined it.

Eh yes ! I did not expect, unfortunately, any better from them. They did the same for my case, they lied, at all levels, to the justice that followed. Our Ministry of the Interior is only led by a gang of thugs, ass and shirt with our Ministry of Justice.
It is the Court of Miracles that directs us so how do you want her to recognize the "no assistance in person in danger" when she herself programmed it.

Even to recognize this crime as purely and strictly anti-Semitic, they do not, which proves that our justice is entirely subordinate to the true head of the Court of Miracles. The little macron could make his beautiful speech and this, in front of Mr. Benyamin Netanyahu. What a cheek and what a shame for France. We can no longer be astonished at what happened with General de Villiers.

Nevertheless, I am frightened by the cowardice of our men, for a man who respects himself, a human being, would have exceeded the orders and come to the aid of Sarah; but NOT ONE has moved, NOT ONE!
I have a deep contempt for those who were there and who, normally, are mine.
I banished them and I mourned them.

Sarah is resting in peace. She is with Gd.
